Quality

It has always been the policy of Mike Eager MD  that responsibility for quality is undertaken at the initial stage of production, continued throughout the production cycle and not 'JUST INSPECTED' into the finished component.

The size of the Company makes it possible to apply involvement of all personnel in all activities, guaranteeing a continual, ongoing process of monitoring of methods, quality, and production against programme. Apart from that the Company recognises the necessity to operate formal documented Systems and Procedures and at the same time ensures that all Company employees are fully aware of their obligation to deliver a quality product / service and to work to specifications of standards set by the client over and above those normally required. Stringent Quality Control procedures are being implemented throughout all stages of production.
